1. Data we collect
- Account and order data: name, email, phone, billing details, order history.
- Payment verification data: transfer/QR receipts you send us to confirm your order. Payments are made directly to the event organizer’s accounts; we store no bank details or card numbers.
- Ticket data: entry codes and their validation status at the door.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, cookies needed for cart, login and language preference.
2. What we use it for
To sell and deliver tickets and merch, verify payments, run door lists, answer support requests, prevent fraud, comply with Bolivian tax and accounting obligations, and — only if you opt in — send news about upcoming events.
3. Who we share it with
With the Promoter of the event you bought a ticket for (attendee name/list for door control only), with service providers that host our site and deliver email, and with authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your data.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies (cart, session, language) and basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart and login will stop working without the necessary ones.
5. Retention and security
Order records are kept as long as Bolivian tax law requires; support conversations are kept up to two years. Data is stored on secured servers with access limited to staff who need it.
6. Your rights
In line with the privacy guarantees of the Bolivian Constitution (including the acción de protección de privacidad) you may ask us to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, and to withdraw marketing consent at any time. Write to info@metalticket.org; we respond within 15 business days.
